Scholarship Policy
For those needing financial assistance to participate in the events that are part of HFC Student Ministries we have made available to you fundraisers to help.  Each year we do ample fundraisers to help cut down the cost of events.  The money raised in fundraisers could cover all the expenses of summer activities and more for students who really want to participate.

Financial help is available for those that also help themselves.  Partial scholarships will be granted only to those who have participated in fundraisers supplied to help defer costs by the students (even families) own work.  For a list of fundraisers contact Chad@hfcnaz.org or visit the student ministries calendar.  To request a scholarship please contact Chad@hfcnaz.org and give details of your need and events you desire to participate in.  Each scholarship will be reviewed by a team of volunteers to help students get the most out of their Student Ministries experience at HFC.

This form is required for all participants that want to skate as part of HFC events.  This file must be in our files before participation.  Print, read all, and sign before turning it in.
